German New Medicine Workshop

Learn German New Medicine Through Your Own Lived Experience

German New Medicine—also known as Germanic Healing Knowledge—is an extraordinary but complex body of medical discoveries.

Many people spend months or years studying it without learning how to apply the knowledge to their own health.

I know because it took me approximately 18 months of study before I began connecting the theory with changes in my own biology.

In this practical five-hour workshop, I will give you a simpler way to begin.

Rather than attempting to learn the entire body of German New Medicine at once, you will learn how to investigate one of your own symptoms.

You will be shown how to:

  • Prepare a detailed symptom-based timeline
  • Explore the possible life event that preceded the symptom
  • Identify recurring patterns, triggers and subconscious reminders
  • Understand the proposed biological purpose of the symptom
  • Write a personalised subconscious command based on what you discover

The purpose of the workshop is to help you convert theoretical knowledge into practical wisdom through your own lived experience.

THE WORKSHOP

Every time you experience a change in your biology—a runny nose, sore throat, digestive problem, backache or another recurring symptom—you have an opportunity to learn.

You can begin asking:

  • What was happening in my life before this symptom appeared?
  • When did I first experience it?
  • When has it returned?
  • What people, places or circumstances repeatedly surround it?
  • What might my subconscious mind still associate with the original experience?

During this workshop, I will teach you a structured process for investigating these questions and connecting the different pieces of your symptom history.

PART ONE: GERMAN NEW MEDICINE BASICS

Approximately two hours

I will introduce the foundational principles of German New Medicine/Germanic Healing Knowledge using selected animation videos from Disease Is Different.

These animations provide one of the simplest introductions to Dr Hamer’s body of discoveries.

We will explore:

  • The relationship between the psyche, brain and organs
  • Unexpected biological conflicts
  • Conflict-active and repair phases
  • Repair crises
  • The proposed biological purpose of bodily adaptations
  • Tracks and reminders that may be associated with recurring symptoms

You do not need any previous knowledge of German New Medicine to attend.

PART TWO: REAL-LIFE CASE STUDIES

Approximately one hour

I will take you through two case studies demonstrating how a symptom timeline and subconscious command were developed.

Julie’s experience

Julie had lived with a diagnosis of coeliac disease for approximately 32 years.

She connected the beginning of her symptoms with the traumatic loss of her brother and explored how gluten had become associated with that experience.

I will explain how her information was assembled, how the potential subconscious association was identified and how her personalised command was constructed.

Julie reports experiencing a significant change within two days of beginning the exercise.

Rhea’s experience

Rhea had experienced recurring bronchitis and coughing for approximately 19 years.

She initially believed that her coughing began at university. After preparing a detailed timeline and speaking with her father, she discovered that it had started much earlier.

Her timeline also revealed an important pattern: the coughing tended to appear when she was in an intimate relationship.

I will show you how that pattern was identified, how potential reminders were explored and how her subconscious command was written.

Rhea reports that her longstanding cough resolved approximately eight to ten days after beginning the exercise.

These are individual, self-reported experiences. They are presented to demonstrate the process and do not guarantee that another person will experience the same outcome.

PART THREE: LIVE PARTICIPANT CASE STUDIES

Approximately two hours

During the final part of the workshop, I will work with selected volunteers from the audience.

Together, we will begin investigating one recurring symptom from each participant’s life.

This may include:

  • Clarifying the physical symptom
  • Identifying the specific body part involved
  • Constructing a detailed timeline
  • Looking for circumstances that preceded each occurrence
  • Identifying repeating people, relationships or situations
  • Exploring possible tracks and reminders
  • Considering whether the original problem has been resolved
  • Drafting language for a personalised subconscious command

Participation is voluntary, and the number of live cases will depend upon the time available.

Everyone attending will be able to learn from observing how the framework is applied to different symptoms and life circumstances.

THE THREE RESOLUTION QUESTIONS

When developing a subconscious command, you will learn to address three essential questions:

  1. Has the original problem been resolved in real life?
  2. Does your subconscious mind recognise that it has been resolved?
  3. Why can the same experience no longer happen to you in the same way?

The third question can be the greatest hurdle.

If the original experience involved someone who is still in your life, you may need to demonstrate how you have changed.

For example:

  • You were once a child, but you are now an adult.
  • You were vulnerable, but you now have choices and boundaries.
  • You were dependent upon someone else, but you are now independent.
  • You lacked knowledge, but you now understand what happened.
  • You once depended upon another person’s approval, but you no longer do.

You will learn how to translate these changes into clear and personally meaningful language.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAVE WITH

By the end of the workshop, you should have:

  • A practical introduction to German New Medicine
  • A repeatable eight-point symptom-investigation framework
  • A symptom-based timeline template
  • A clearer understanding of tracks and reminders
  • A structure for writing a personalised subconscious command
  • Two detailed case studies showing how the process has been applied
  • Experience observing the framework being used with live participants
  • A practical method for continuing your learning after the workshop

PREPARING FOR THE WORKSHOP

Please choose one recurring or longstanding symptom that you would like to investigate.

Before attending, write down:

  • When you most recently experienced it
  • The earliest occasion you can remember
  • Other occasions when it appeared
  • What was happening in your life before each occurrence
  • When it became better or worse
  • Any people, places, foods or circumstances you associate with it

You may also find it helpful to ask family members when they first remember the symptom appearing.

Bring your notes with you to the workshop.

Begin With One Symptom

You do not need to master the whole of German New Medicine before you begin using your lived experience to learn.

Begin with one symptom.

Map its history.

Look for the pattern.

Explore what may still feel unresolved.

Then learn how to turn what you discover into a personalised subconscious command.
